Each CMS system out there has the basic functionality of controlling a sites content, but the type of content and the ease of getting it setup to manage that content can very greatly.  Anyone who is considering a CMS system should work with their web technology team to clearly define the goals for the site and pick a CMS system to skin and customize based on those goals.</description>
