That last statement is very true Jason... "Think of it as a promotional journal, reflecting on the past and future success of your company."

Now tie that eJournal into a custom Blog site and reap the rewards the internet has to offer. Namely archiving, feedback systems, eCommunity services & real-time tracking.

Its so sweet and the implementation is not as expensive as most people believe it to be :)

Keeping your customers and prospects informed is an important part of business development. I find it difficult to find the time to stay in touch with all of my customers, prospects, and partners individually. A regular newsletter allows me the opportunity to stay in touch with all of these individuals. It also allows me the secondary benefit of staying in touch with my own business's progress and products. Often I get caught up in sales, customer service and delivery, so writing a newsletter gives me the opportunity to reflect on my company and industry. Think of it as a promotional journal, reflecting on the past and future success of your company.
